Welcome to Mercy 2026

Mercy : Indonesia

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”
— Isaiah 43:19 (NIV)

As we step into 2026, we do so with deep gratitude and renewed faith in what God is continuing to build through Mercy Indonesia. Year after year, we are reminded that lasting transformation often begins with faithfulness, obedience, and people willing to say “yes” to God’s call.

This year, together with you, our partners, and supporters, we are trusting God to accomplish the following in 2026:

  • Plant 250 churches

  • Build 10 churches

  • Build 5 homes for pastors

  • Train 1,000 church planters

  • Support 250 orphans

These goals are ambitious, but we believe they are possible through prayer, partnership, and God’s provision. As you read today’s updates, we hope you’ll be encouraged by how this vision is already taking shape through ministries across Indonesia.

A Special Visit & Welcoming a New Elderly Resident – Denpasar

We were blessed to receive a joyful visit from Santo Yosep 1 Denpasar, who brought encouragement, care, and meaningful connection to the residents at Lansia Bahagia (elderly home). Their presence was a wonderful reminder to our elderly residents that they are seen, valued, and loved.

During this visit, we also welcomed a new resident, Mrs. Siti Nurhayati, who had been living alone without family care. We are grateful that God has entrusted Mrs. Siti to us, and it is our privilege to care for her and surround her with love and compassion.

Evangelism and Baptism Ministry

We’re thankful to share encouraging news from the field. Church planters in Sorong have been actively serving through evangelism, and three individuals made the decision to be baptized. At the same time, in Denpasar, one new believer was also baptized.

These moments remind us why church planting and discipleship remain at the heart of Mercy Indonesia’s mission. We pray that the passion for evangelism continues to grow and that many more lives will come to know salvation through Christ.

Mercy Radio Alor – Christmas Celebration with Children Supported by the Alor Police

Mercy Radio Alor had the opportunity to join a Christmas celebration with the young inmates under the care of the Alor Police Department on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. The gathering was marked by warmth, togetherness, and meaningful spiritual reflection.

Prisoners with their new devotional books

During the event, Mercy Radio Alor also distributed devotional books as spiritual encouragement. Our prayer is that these resources will help strengthen faith, nurture hope, and support positive life transformation in the lives of these children.

Thank you for your ongoing support!

When you donate through Kinship United, every dollar funds the resources needed to support our orphanages, outreach, and projects that aim to bless locals (Church Makeover, Prison Ministry, Disciple Makers, Radio Ministry, and more).
