Supercharging Our Radio Team!

All of Mercy’s Radio Managers recently took part in the 2024 GVLI Training organized by Reach Beyond, a partner who has been supporting radio services.

The training, which was held on 4-8 May 2024, was attended by all Station Managers of Radio Dian Mandiri and Radio Dian Mandiri Network.

The goal of this training was to strengthen the vision, system, marketing, and skills of each Station Manager.

The fruit of this training will be expressed as fewer technical errors, rising listener count and retention, and generally more efficient department management.

A big thank you to our partners at Reach Beyond for empowering our team. And another thank you to all our radio managers for staying engaged, and loving their listeners!
