February Highlights

“The entire law is fulfilled in a single decree: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” - Galatians 5:14

Hi Partner!

When we live in the Spirit and not by the flesh, we bear the fruits of the Spirit. And out of our love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control - we find the kind of compassion that drives us to care for our neighbors.

This week, as we focus on walking in step with the Spirit, we want to highlight some stories that come out of the roots of compassion.

Care packages donated to our Soe and Atambua Orphanages

February has been a great month for the children in Mercy Soe and Atambua.

Recently, they were blessed by kind people in their area who spent time with the children and donated care packages like food and toiletries.

We’re always so uplifted by the kindness of strangers who go out of their way to make sure our children know they are not alone.

Progress on our latest Church Renovation projects

Praise God, the construction of several church buildings and chapels is underway in the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) region.

One of the buildings undergoing the most rapid progress is the Santo Antonius Tubleu Chapel Building.

Currently, the foundation is set and the walls are standing straight along with the door and window frames.

We ask for your continued support on our current and future Church Makeover projects as we work to build safe, sustainable houses of worship for faithful congregations.

Esteemed guest lecturer at our Bali Bible College

Meanwhile, at our Denpasar campus, our college students (SPPT) received a 3-day teaching from one of the best lecturers from Anugrah Indonesia Theological College (STTAI) in Surabaya, Ps. Adi Prasetyo Wibowo M.Th.

In his program, he presented material on Mission, Calling, and Character to equip the students to enter the mission field and strengthen their commitment to the ministry.

Many of our students go back to their provinces to plant churches or serve in their home churches. This makes the Bible College a key strategy in strengthening ministries all around Indonesia.

So for that, we are grateful to all those who have sponsored a student to pursue God’s calling in their life!

Thank you for your ongoing support!

When you donate through Kinship United, every dollar funds the resources needed to support our orphanages, outreach, and projects that aim to bless locals (Church Makeover, Prison Ministry, Disciple Makers, Radio Ministry, and more).
